Hi, I’m Becky.
I’m a Nervous System Alchemist and Emotional Energy Expert.
I help high-achieving women move from burnout and emotional chaos into clarity, self-trust, and grounded confidence, using the wisdom of their bodies.
But this work didn’t start in a textbook, it started in my own healing.
After losing my brother at a young age, I became the one who “had it all together.” I overachieved, overworked, and eventually found myself numbing with alcohol, all while holding a high-powered job and being the go-to person for everyone else.
From the outside? I looked successful.
But inside, I was anxious, disconnected, and stuck in survival mode.
When the panic attacks hit and the breakdown followed, I tried everything, therapy, yoga, meditation, plant medicine…
But nothing stuck, until I learned how to work with my body, not against it.
Now, I’m three years sober. I’ve travelled the world, created a freedom-led life, and I’m happily engaged to the love of my life.
And I’ve helped over 100 women do the same, by learning how to release what’s stuck in their system, reconnect to their truth, and stop outsourcing their power.
